Building for offices divided into two independent blocks, parallel to García Martín street and mainly oriented north and south. Each block is developed in four plants, that is, ground floor plus three, with a portal and a core of communications, distribution and services.
Within the plot a perimeter street is created round trip, with a vehicle access. The ground floor of both blocks is set back on its west facade, generating a wide arcade that allows the pedestrian path of the plot to give access to the two portals.
The offices are presented diaphanous in all cases, for further internal treatment by the end user. Between the blocks, an exterior space is created that configures a space for the people who work in the complex.
