The triangular and elongated shape of the plot, its orientations and its position in the city, have determined, to a large extent, the architectural solution.
The facade has two clearly distinct behaviors, in response to sunlight. On the south, east and west sides open linear terraces and a sunscreen appears, a kind of double skin encintando the facade. On the north façade, the setbacks and hollows, in contrast to the rest of the flat façade, have a greater presence. All the houses are exterior, with the kitchen pieces, living-dining room and bedrooms on the facade.
