Winner Ideas Competition
“Tower Building” of 24 floors oriented north-south looking for the best sunlight and views of all homes. The proposal places large lazer areas on the ground and first floors. Oriented to the north and open to gardens and sunny outdoor spaces. These areas have party halls, gym, changing rooms, swimming pool and solarium.
The building is completed with two premises on the ground floor. The proposal is based on the fact that all the building components such as; structure, bathrooms, kitchens, openings, carpentry, finishes, etc., are part of a catalog of prefabricated and repeated elements. This will allow a constructive rationality, very habitable housing and reduced costs.
All the apartments have sunbathing in their rooms. In all of them we have designed an interior space that we call “multiple” that has a surface between 18 and 20 m² for the living-dining room and that connects directly with the kitchen.
