The buildings called “houses”, are located along the walks, looking for the sunny orientation and / or the views over the Golf Course, the Mountain or the Sea. In this placement we take into account the topography and its adaptation to the terrain and topography.
The houses are arranged in nine blocks or houses, each one of them, with seven houses; two on the ground floor, two on the first floor, two on the second floor and one in the attic. The piece block or house of 7 houses with three heights plus attic, has its access through a portal and stairwell and elevator located in the center of the piece. This condition develops a symmetry in the houses on the ground floor, first and second, breaking in the attic to have only one house.
All the houses have been arranged with direct access and without architectural barriers from the access road or road. They have parking spaces on the surface facing the building, making daily use very comfortable, both the owners, as visits or maintenance, regardless of the parking in the basement-garage.
