152 apartments on an exclusive plot, facing the Caribbean Sea which is in contact with the Royal Hideaway Playacar RHP. The plot contributes its own and unrepeatable characteristics such as: its shape, orientation, topography and views. The proximity to the RHP prints a brand concept, a sign of identity, prestige, rest and enjoyment, which will mark the RHR Residential Complex. The plot is located on the seafront of the Playacar urbanization in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The apartments enjoy a good south or east orientation and have views of the Caribbean. The building is concentrated on the perimeter of the plot, allowing a large garden open to the sea. This landscaped space is dotted with lagoons, vegetation, “putting green”, relaxing pools, beach club, trails, paths .., creating a multitude of places and environments for the enjoyment and rest of the residents.
The whole is completed with a beach club or “Beach Club” which is located on the beachfront. It has restaurants, a gym with views of the Caribbean, changing rooms and swimming pools.
